Expanding polyurethane foam filler is widely used on any building site in the world primarily to seal against air and water leakage and to avoid insulation leaks in respect of sound, heat as well as noise. The product cures quickly which facilitates a stable environment for later trades without time delay and can be cut, sanded, sealed and painted over easily with standard sealants and paint. Always use the can upside down. Can be stored on the RapidGun applicator for up to 5 days.

Basically Acetone in a spray can which is used to clean the applicator gun for storage as well as the valve of used but not empty foam bottles. Wet foam can be dissolved with the cleaner as well without etching into standard substrates found on site. Once hardened the foam can only be removed/cleaned off mechanically by scraping, cutting or sanding.

Precise dosage and aim are crucial to economical use of PU Foam which is only achievable by using a gun type applicator such as the Rasiky RapidGun. The commonly in DIY stores available PU foam bottle with built in plastic nozzle is highly inconvenient to use for 3 main reasons. 1) the plastic nozzle is not stiff enough to get the foam to where it should go. 2) the trigger mechanism cannot be controlled i.e too much or too little foam will be dispensed. 3) once opened- the can must be thrown away- cannot keep for next day.

Concrete screw: A self tapping wall anchor which does away with wall plugs of any sort. Predrill the work piece with a 6mm HSS bit, put it in place, use a 6mm masonry bit through the predrilled hole into normal brick, mortar and insert the screw directly through the part to be fixed into masonry.  For harder substrates like lintels and reinforced concrete use 6.5mm SDS drill. Granite and similar rock may need a 7.0mm SDS bit to be able to turn the screw in all the way. Longer SDS bits are necessary than the usual standard length as the screw alone is 132mm long and ideally the hole is a bit deeper to avoid drill dust blocking the tip. This application method will neither push nor pull your workpiece away or towards the wall therefore it is ideal to fit window and door frames and similar work pieces like kitchen and built-in-cupboards.

To achieve a pulling action on the work piece predrill with a standard 8mm HSS bit and the screw will pull any beam flush up against any substrate.

The screw can also be used to tap into structural steel/stainless steel, aluminium and wood. For these applications our extra long 6mm HSS drill bit does the perfect job.
